I probably could have gotten away with a 6.0 but it was nice to have good power on the 6.8. The fin I'm using is a chunky weed-wave fin that has lots of grip and grunt and turns pretty smoothly but lacks some speed and pep. I'm still searching for "the ultimate fin" for that board.
